About Me

My journey toward becoming a therapist started long before my career, when I needed help navigating my own struggles. I had reached a breaking point and wasn't sure where to turn. Therapy gave me a place to feel heard, supported, and begin finding my way forward. It helped me discover an inner strength I didn't know I had.

That experience inspired me to become a therapist. I wanted to help others find the same support that changed my life. Together, we'll work to better understand what's been holding you back, navigate life's challenges, and help you move toward the life you want. I'm continually amazed by the resilience of the people I work with, and my hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more confident, capable, and connected to yourself than when you began.

My office walls are lined with quotes and song lyrics that inspire me. One piece reflects a simple truth I often return to: what wounds us doesn't have to define us. It can become part of our story. Trauma, pain, and tragedy leave their mark, but we have a profound ability to heal. I believe therapy should be a place where we can talk honestly about difficult things, while still making room for laughter when the moment allows.

When I'm not in session, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, singing and dancing to my favorite music, taking long walks in nature, curling up under one of my (many) favorite blankets with a good book, gaming, sipping a great latte, and planning my next travel adventure.
